The Wendler language first appeared in its original form in 250 before Kelkelian and has changed a lot over the ages. The media has spread out the language throughout the country and most people in Unvelis, even if it is not their first language, can speak Wendler, in its Volsendler form. The exceptions are the people from native regions of Wendler in other dialects, speaking Eshleier and Kwenderner.

The grammar is not very different from the English or other Indo-European languages. It follows the principle of SVO.
