Breschen in the southeast, Ramsania in the southwest, Eiserland in the west, and Walestgau in the east. Saint Eliyohu claims much of western Walestgau as a territory known as the Ostznipegau. Saint Eliyohu has a population of 4.2 million, with its largest city being Brakenhobe, which serves as its main cultural and commercial centre. It is a theocratic elective monarchy, with High Chucher Samarism being the state religion.

Saint Eliyohu was established when Samarist crusading military orders launched a crusade against the Germanic pagans in the region known collectively as the Pagonii in the 12th century. The monastic state was thoroughly Samarized over the following years. The state was reformed in 1000 with the Edict of Gaz, which restructured the state into an elective monarchy, with the five prominent crusading families being eligible for election. Saint Eliyohu would engage in several post-crusade wars, which would see the size of the state double. Under King Adalald, Saint Eliyohu would reach its strongest military and cultural zenith in its history. Following the death of Adalald, the state went through a period of decline, only exacerbated by the ''Aufklärung'' and the subsequent Reformation. The Reformation Wars, which began with the War of Tsjustergean Succession, saw a large portion of the state’s land lost and the social and religious cohesion of Crownlander society shattered. The Central Isenian Wars saw the remaining territory controlled by Saint Eliyohu in Ostznipegau lost. The following decades were marked by further militarization efforts, most notably the resurgence of Crusader Samarism in the state.

In the following years, Saint Eliyohu has re-emerged as a prominent player in Central Isenian politics, in large part due to the rise of Markreiten mercenaries being used in several conflicts, most notably the war in Dravakor and the Luschthaini Revolution. Under the leadership of King Tannen, Saint Eliyohu has seen rising economic prosperity beginning in the 1290s.

Saint Eliyohu is an upper-middle-income economy, known for its strong industrial base despite its size.
