Use this template freely for any medical condition. Its use is not limited strictly to diseases. This is an attempt to make [[Template:Infobox medical condition]] more relevant for the general reader. Much of the content in the prior template is then moved to the bottom of the article using {{Tl|Medical resources}}—and the templates <em>should be paired</em>.

== Usage summary ==
The template is a summary about the condition itself. Don't worry about trying to fill in all the fields—even if you can only get one or two, that can still be useful. Items are provided as a list with a typically maximum of six.

While editing a condition, copy and paste the following text at the top of the page:
