The 1888 presidential election of Rio Blanco took place on 1 August 1888, to elect the president of Rio Blanco.

- In the first round, a council of 50 men (the Major Councillors) voted;

The election saw Progressive Party candidate Gregory Pence becoming President of Rio Blanco. This election is also the first to have Prohibition Party reach the 100-vote threshold.
