Global Electro-Magnetic Pulse Array

The Global Electro-Magnetic Pulse Array is a confidential government project in Area Q Air & Naval Testing Ground developing electro-magnetics as a form of weapon. GEMPA will be utilized in two primary forms, one codenamed Project Titan, a pulse weapon to disable electronics and Project Alexis, a weapon to be used by the Paranormal Control & Investigation to be used against EMSE, DSE and HLSE entities.

The Union of Everett has recently developed electro-magnetic pulses as a future weapon for combat against enemies. EMPs are capable of disabling electronics by overloading circuits with surges. Vehicles including cars, planes and sea vessels and electronics such as television, radio and communications can be totally disabled. EMP weapons are currently used in smaller scale around the world to combat droids. Project Titan utilizes the GEMPA satellite array to deployed electro-magnetic pulses on a far larger scale to disable entire nations' power grids, clear airspace, destroy enemy naval fleets and or bring military divisions to a halt. The EMP array can also pinpoint smaller targets, bringing down power to a single city. On a much larger scale, the GEMPA Titan program can be deployed on full scale, wiping out systems globally to bring down launched weapons of mass destruction during a global nuclear war. Project Titan is non-lethal to humans, animals or plants. Project Titan can affect pace makers.

Project Alexis

Project Alexis is an electro-magnetic weapons system which can be used to target locations infested with EMSE, DSE and HLSE entities. The Paranormal Control & Investigation agency can use this system for larger scale extermination of spiritual beings. Levels of electro-magnetic energy can be deployed to disrupt and disperse the electro-magnetic energy used by spiritual entities. The Alexis program has the same capability as the Titan program, capable of deploying on a global scale in the event of some degree of notable paranormal incident. The Alexis program fires a similar energy burst as the Titan program, which can cause electrical outages, circuit overloads and sometime temporary failures in electronics making it a less powerful EMP weapon, but still capable of permanent damages, risking the downing of planes or damage to power grids. Project Alexis is non-lethal to humans, animals or plants. Project Alexis received its name from television series Slayer: Advanced, mimicking character Alexis Perry's superpower used in the series finale to destroy all spirits on Earth.
