The Intercontinental Coronavirus Vaccination Program (ICVP) is a government vaccination initiative currently being promoted by the United Commonwealth in an effort to eradicate the SARS-CoV-2 strain COVID-19 on a global scale. The program was developed by the Continental Commissariat of Health (CCH) alongside with with the World Health Organization (WHO), the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) and the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunizations (GAVI) in October 2020.
Initially, program was set to utilize exclusively the vaccine BNT162b2 developed by the Pfizer Cooperative, although after several disagreements within the government concerning the logistics of providing a booster dose the agreement was overturned by the Central Committee. On October 23, the Commissariat of Health acknowledged that it had signed an agreement with the Johnson & Johnson Cooperative, BIDMC and Continental Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (CIAID), confirming that mass production of the single-shot vaccine Ad26-UCCoV (Covax) would commence in early November 2020.
Nearly $250 billion dollars, has been appropriated to the vaccination program with the intent to fund the first three rounds of global vaccinations. With nearly 300 million vaccines produced and certified by the Continental government, the initial delivery is set for December 1, 2020, the second for January 5, 2021 and the third for March 2, 2021. The Central Committee announced that the vaccine would be available for the global communities' vulnerable population first and that the Continental population would not be effectively immunized until the summer of 2021.

Implementation
In December the United Commonwealth deployed the Continental Revolutionary Guard, the national guard component of the Continental Army as the primary provider of the vaccine. Troop were deployed to 300 facilities, primarily urban areas, with refrigerated trucks. Reserve soldiers were provided four days of instruction in regards to needle usage, allowing for the expansion of personnel by 400% and citizens were alerted by phone call and mail to report to their voting precinct to be vaccinated. By December 12th every elderly citizen within a state or labor controlled retirement homes had been vaccinated and an estimated 45% of those above the age of 65 had been vaccinated. On December 15th, the Central Committee of the Continentalist Party declared that the vaccine would be mandated and that those within areas within metropolitan areas with more that 50,000 would need to vaccinate prior to returning to daily routines.

- Sierra: Prime Minister Susan Kwon praised the United Commonwealth's vaccination program and expressed her interest in enrolling Sierra in the project following the announcement of the program. Kwon's government passed the National Health Protection Act of 2020, which included major measures authorizing the Sierran government to identify and select pathways to develop and distribute vaccines for COVID-19 to the public as quickly as possible. Kwon contacted the Secretariat, while the officials from the Federal Coronavirus Response Task Force entered talks with the key officials from the Continental Commissariat of Health in December. As of February 2021, negotiations are ongoing, although the Getty House reported on February 11, 2021 that, "Talks are going well. As we are underway with our own current vaccination program, we believe participating in the United Commonwealth's program will help improve the global fight against the pandemic."
