On August 1, 3031, the city of Dimusida went through a referendum that sought to divide the city into five constituent cities: Bungindasay, Tikanliab, Misatsa, Sisintub, and Kamakni. The referendum resulted in 51.06% of votes (1.84 million people) approving of the Amone city's split into five against 48.94% (1.77 million) rejecting the proposal. The first referendum asking the same question saw a majority of voters rejecting the city's split. As a consequence of the referendum, the Amone capital was transferred to Dimusida's largest city Bungindasay.
