Miss Sierra
Miss Sierra is an Sierran beauty pageant that has been held annually since 1951 to select the entrant from Sierra in the Miss Universe pageant. The Miss Universe Organization operated both pageants, as well as Miss Teen Sierra. The current national director of Miss Sierra is Barbara Stewart, Miss Sierra for 2008.

The pageant was owned by Motion Company from 1976 to 2000 and was previously broadcast on SBC. In 2001, Ronald Hanson purchased the pageant from Motion Company and the airing rights was transferred to MCN on the same year. The current Miss Sierra is Pamela Vernon of the Channel Islands, who was crowned on October 3, 2022, at the Grand Sierra Resort, in Reno City, Reno.
