Protectorates of Liberta

The Protectorates of Liberta are sub-national administrative divisions overseen by the Government of Liberta. Protectorates differ from the rest of Liberta in that they all maintain sovereignty in the form of self governance, with Liberta retaining responsibility for defense and foreign relations. The protectorates all share a historical link with Liberta Proper as remnants of the Libertan Empire.
