Entering Foster County, you almost immediately encounter an exit, this one being with Route 97. You will then enter the suburban and outer regions of Fort Ashland, and will encounter plenty of exits, and potentially traffic issues as well. Your first exit in this region would be with Route 998, which if you take this exit, and take a right, it will take you to Interstate 123, as well as Fictonia Route 1 if you continue down 998.

Continuing down Interstate 23, you will encounter another exit not even a mile away, being with Route 98. You will encounter two other exits if you continue on I-23, being with Route 80 and Route 70 respectively. You will also encounter an exit with Interstate 223, which can take you back into Fort Ashland. Two more exits occur in the state of Fictonia, being with Fictonia Route 13 and a road in Corvallis that can take you to Fictonia Route 1.

Cascadia

There are many exits in Cascadia, however none lead to many significant places. The first exit occurs in Nottaway County, with Fictonia Route 14. Once you cross into Commonwealth County, there is an exit with Route 880. In Caledonia County, there is an exit with Route 15.

Three more exits occur in rural northeastern Cascadia, with Route 880 and Route 114 in Spottswood County, and with Route 45 in Stafford County. The road continues north until it ends in northern Pocahontas County with an intersection with Route 945.
