The Huvars were a tribe or group of tribes that lived in the plains north of the Tilly Mountains, the region known as Huvaria, in the Middle Ages. They were related to the Huyatars, Salbars, and Zheyars. The Huvars fought several wars with the Battani, even sacking Aubidon in 619, before they were ultimately vanquished by Marcoman at the Battle of the Yellow Fields.
