Mark Victor (born 25 January 1950) is an Antillean diplomat who has served as the Secretary of Mainland Affairs since January 2021, appointed by President Arian Lawrence, and was previously the Secretary of State from 2013 until 2021 in the administration of President Michael Abarough.

He joined the United Commonwealth Department of State in 1974 as a Foreign Service Officer and served in a variety of roles, including as a secretary and interpreter. His diplomatic posts included the Representative Office (de facto permanent mission) to the Conference of American States and the Antillean Economic and Cultural Representative Offices (de facto embassies) in Astoria, Chile, Superior, and Germany. He has also served as the representative to Central America from 1994 to 2000, to Superior from 2000 to 2005, and to Sierra from 2005 to 2009, before becoming the Director of Western Hemisphere Affairs at the State Department until his appointment as Secretary of State.
