Meguzawa (明琦區 Meguzawa-chi) is one of the 20 wards of Konggei, Surea. As of 2009, it had an estimated population of 306,936 and a density of 14,499 persons per km². The total area is 21.17km².

The name "Meguzawa" is also used to refer to the central business district of Meguzawa Ward, which surrounds Meguzawa Station, one of Konggei's busiest railway stations. Meguzawa is known as one of the business centres and entertainment fashion centres of Surea, particularly for young people, and as a major nightlife area.

A digital industrial complex is located in Meguzawa. The Meguzawa Digital Industrial Complex, which played a leading industrial role mainly with textile manufacturing, dressmaking and other labour-intensive industries in 1960s, has been rapidly changed into an IT industrial complex. This complex played a pivotal role in the economic growth of the country, referred to as the "Miracle of Surea," and also contributed 10 percent of national export in the 1980s.

Since the completion of Ryuponjo Ville, Ryuponjo district had became the centre of Meguzawa's Redevelopment Zone, where high-tech and environmental friendly buildings started to replace the older buildings. Today, about 77% of Meguzawa ward is covered by green buildings, making it the second largest green urban area in Surea, after Tsusawa.
