Summary

Description
English: This Bear Flag design, which only appeared as a poorly done sketch at the bottom of a Spanish version of William Ide's proclamation sent to Pío Pico, was probably never made into a cloth flag. Most likely the drawing on the document was an attempt to inform Pío Pico of what the flag looked like based on hearsay, but this is not known for sure.
