Martijn Schrievers (Yekaterian: [/marˈtiɪn ˈsxriːvɛrs/]; born 17 January 2346) is a Yekaterian politician currently serving as the Senate Majority Leader since January 2391. A member of the Solidarity Party, he leads the Solidarity Senate Caucus. He is currently in his fifth Senate term.

Schrievers was born in Arkhozorye, Yulaseniy Oblast, FFR Yekateria to a Pobeskan father and a Lietunian mother, attending the Arkhozorye Gymnasium and later the Yulaseniy Sciences Institute, before going on to further his studies in State College Yekaterania where he obtained a master's degree in political sciences in 2369. Throughout his time in school, he joined his school's Solidarity Youth club in the Yulaseniy Sciences Institute and State College Yekaterania. Recognised for his potential, he was eventually chosen as a candidate for the Federal Senate in the lead-up to the 2370 elections, running for a seat representing his home republic and winning.

As a novice senator, he served in the Senate Committee on Infrastructure and Development where he was noted for frequently bringing up status reports of federal infrastructure projects facing delays and potential cutbacks. He also defended continued development of such infrastructure projects, condemning opposing senators for "caring more about money than development" and "not investing in the nation's future". His frequent confrontations with more conservative senators eventually won respect from more liberal senators, including then-Solidarist caucus leader Zuzana Novomedská, who eventually invited him to serve as Senate Majority Whip in late 2373.

Throughout his time in Senate leadership, Schrievers has been noted for his rather down-to-earth attitude and calm demeanour, whilst also being extremely willing to confront senators opposed to the Solidarist caucus's proposals and attempting to obtain support from like-minded senators from other parties. He was eventually elected as the leader of the Solidarity Senate Caucus in 2390 and becoming the Senate Majority Leader following the start of the 75th Federal Assembly.
