The Atmorans or Atmoran peoples dwelt in Atmora through the Merethic and early First Eras, before the Great Frostfall.
List of Atmoran races, peoples and tribes
- Dragons — the intelligent, godlike dov sat atop the hierarchy of ancient Atmora
- Giants — prevalent in ancient Atmora as well as Skyrim
- Karstaag-men — hulking five-eyed humanoids, related to trolls; some of them accompanied the Five Hundred Companions on their voyage
- Proto-Nords — the most impactful of the Atmorans in the grand scheme of history; they built coastal settlements like Jylkurfyk, frequently crossed the Sea of Ghosts, and ultimately migrated to Tamriel
- Longfolk — a ruddy-skinned, lean people of the east; also called "Kriloti" after the ship they sailed in Songs of the Return
