Cameron Andre Decuir (born March 29, 1996), known professionally as 17 Cliipper the Red God, stylized as 17 CLIIPPER THE RED GOD), often referred to as Cliipp, is a Sierran rapper, singer, and songwriter. Based in Grands Ballons, he first gained major recognition in August 2015, after the release of his singles "Speaking Tongues" and "Ride My Whip". He began his music career producing and recording tracks on SoundCloud as an amateur artist. Decuir is a popular figure in Sierra's trap and lo-fi music scenes. After his breakout singles, he released Top Dogs, a collaborative mixtape with XXMumboii and collaborated with Q-Lo on "Monika Flow", which became Decuir's first KS Sunset 40 number-one single. In December 2016, Decuir released his debut studio album, Public Enemy Pt. 1. He released his second studio album Commander Status in March 2017 and his third, Gotcha Bitch in April 2018.
