The A-Lantza is a fifth generation short range infrared homing ("heat seeking") air-to-air missile, featuring countermeasures resistance with a 180-degree look angle and 120-degrees per second track rate, developed by Euskadi's IMSYS. The missile has been characterised as having a "near-BVR" range. It is used by the Eusko Aireko Indar and has been offered for export.
