Central America–Kingdom of Sierra relations describes the bilateral relationship between the Federation of Central America and the Kingdom of Sierra. Sierra was the first country to recognize the Federation on December 31, 1985, when it was formed as the unification of five Central American republics in the aftermath of multiple wars. Since then Central America and Sierra have developed cordial relations, mostly on the basis of economic trade, a military alliance, and law enforcement cooperation against organized crime, within the framework of the Conference of American States (CAS) and the Combined Armed Forces of America (CAFA) since Central America joined in 2002. According to a survey conducted in 2017, a total of 71% of Central American respondents have a favorable view of Sierra and of Sierran leadership in the Western Hemisphere, making it the most pro-Sierran country in Latin America after Brazil.
Central America hosts more Sierran military bases than any country outside of Anglo-America, making the country one of Sierra's closest allies in Latin America, and the K.S. Ministry of Foreign Affairs describes the Federation of Central America as "a close partner of the kingdom for security and economic cooperation in the Western Hemisphere." Sierra has been a destination for immigrants since the crisis of the 1980s, with there being an estimated 1.8 million Central Americans living in Sierra.
