The Chinese Civil Administration of the Midwayan Territories (CCAMT) is the government in the territories of the Union of Midway after the end of the Chinese invasion of Midway.
Outline
After the Chinese invasion of Midway, the military of the People's Republic of Grand China occupied Midway. The Chinese government established CCAMT as a branch of the Chinese military, which took control of all Midwayan and treated Midway like a territory of China, and implementing and enforcing both the laws of the People's Republic of Grand China and martial law.
Government system
The CCAMT was led by a Military Administrator, who was appointed by the Communist Party of China. All decisions had to go through the Military Administrator, who had the final say in all affairs of Midway. The Military Administrator appointed 2 Deputy Administrators, who advised the Military Administrator in governing Midway.

Flag
The Criminal Code of the Chinese Administration of Midway forbade the flying of any flags except for the flag of the People's Republic of Grand China or the flag of the People's Republic of China. Civil ships of Midway flew a flag derived from the International maritime signal flag "C" or "Charlie" instead of Chinese or Midwayan ensigns. However, this flag was not well known and often times Midwayan ships were seized.
Anthem
The Criminal Code of the Chinese Administration of Midway identified the anthem of Midway as the March of the Volunteers.
Censorship
The CCAMT implemented strict censorship procedures that was described by some as the strictest in the entire world. Criticism of the CCAMT, China, Communist Party of China, and Communist Party of Midway was banned. Topics deemed by the CCAMT as sensitive was censored as well. Not only that, but anything that might inform the public of the censorship was banned, meaning that rather than simply omitting or blacking out parts of an article to comply with censorship requirements, news articles and scripts needed to be rewritten entirely.
