Chuainn na Shléoibhainn railway station (Astrallic: Iuachshtéigh na Chuainn na Shléoibhainn) is a railway station serving the seaside town of Chuainn na Shléoibhainn in the Baronetcy of Nuardhtheaobhoinn, in the Barony of Aoin na Ghúireacheanne, Viscountcy of An Moir Leautheinn in Rockall in the Seafaring Confederation. It serves as the western terminus for Stoppers on the Green Line.
The railway station is directly connected to the ferry terminal for the Connexxion Gléaoinnenoileun ferry to Gléaoinnenoileun.
Chuainn na Shléoibhainn is one of only two Rockallic train termini that is not called at by Intercities. The other one is Deubhnith na iÁnna, which is the other Stopper terminus on the Green Line.
Location
Chuainn na Shléoibhainn railway station is located in the Harbour District of Chuainn na Shléoibhainn and is directly connected to the ferry terminal for the Connexxion Gléaoinnenoileun. It is located 300 metres away from the town itself and can be reached by road.
The station has a car park on its north side and a bus station on its south side. It takes a half a mile walk to get to the beach.
Services
Only Stopper services from the Green Line call at the station. These depart every hour, alternatingly to Iuachshtéigh Séoinnt i Nuardhtheaobhoinn and Deubhnith na iÁnna. These all leave from the same one platform.
During rush hours an additional two trains per hour shuttle between Chuainn na Shléoibhainn and Iuachshtéigh Séoinnt i Nuardhtheaobhoinn.
Facilities
Chuainn na Shléoibhainn is unmanned. It has a parking area with 300 parking places, a restaurant, toilets, and baggage lockers. Tickets can be bought at the self-service ticket machine; check-in poles for the CIP are also present, as well as an upgrade station.
There are ramps which can be used for wheelchairs and other vehicles. There are also bicycle parking facilities, and it is possible to take your bicycle on non-rush hour trains.
