Creeper Co. also referred to as The Creeper Corporation is an American Multi-Million Dollar Corporation which originated as a Department Store known as Creeper Company in 1970 and has evolved into a Giant Conglomerate of Several Businesses and Holdings that Span from East to West. Founded in 1970 by Venture Capitalist and Former Technician Creeper von Creeper who opened up a Shop in the now Abandoned Sid Hill Mall and specialized in Clothing, Toys, Games, and General Supplies and Recreational Items. The Store became a Success and soon after an office was opened above a Laundromat which now serves as a Dentist Office. The store was named Creeper Company and was named for the town of Creeperville but also for Creeper von Creeper's own name. In the 70s operations expanded across Creeperville and smart business moves and lucrative investments made Creeper von Creeper rich beyond his wildest desires. In 1975 the Sid Hill Mall location Closed and von Creeper prepared for Construction on Creeper Tower which was to become the tallest building in the city. After receiving several payments from investors and businessmen looking to invest, Creeper Tower quickly rose up with no complications. It Finished construction in early 1977 and a week later it opened up to the public as the largest department store in the entire Creeperville Metropolitan Area. It had become the tallest tower in the city, beating out the Morris Apartments which had held the title since 1951. This put Creeper Co. on the map and it became known as a prestigious, friendly, and quality company who held only the finest of products. Creeper von Creeper eventually began getting a reputation as a philanthropist for his numerous donations to humanitarian funds and collectives. In 1979 after the completion of the United Commons Tower, Creeper Co. was replaced as the tallest building. In 1987 Creeper von Creeper led a leveraged buy-out of the company and subsequently engaged in a takeover battle for Mears Department Stores, Inc., in 1990 that he lost to the Creeperville's own Astor Enterprises. As part of its settlement with Astor, Creeper Co. purchased Astor's Creeperville-based, fashion-oriented Clinton Tracy and Co. and its high-end divisions. The Clinton Tracy and Co. stores were renamed to Tracy's in 1992. After this Creeper Co. slowly expanded but had struggled to maintain a National base, which in turn led to Creeper Co. shutting down several underperforming stores. In May 1997, Creeper Co. announced the planned fall 1998 launch of TV CreeperCo, the retailer's own home shopping channel. In the 1996 Creeperville Mayoral Election, CEO of Creeper Co. and Founder, Creeper von Creeper, announced his desire to run as the Candidate for the Electorist Party. Creeper von Creeper was a liberal trailblazer and at the time he had a very good reputation as a philanthropist and a activist. He later didn't run and endorsed Electorist candidate, Calvin Hubbard. In 2001, Creeper von Creeper announced his desire to run as Mayor of Creeperville which was met by fierce public Support. In 2002 a few months before the Election, the Charles Dunkin Massacre at United Commons Tower brought increased public disproval of Incumbent Federalist Mayor, Stanley Gleeman. In a Landslide election to nobody's surprise, Creeper von Creeper easily beat Stanley Gleeman and won every election until his Death in 2016. Creeper von Creeper was Succeded as CEO of Creeper Co. by his son Creeper von Creeper Jr. (CVC Jr) and Creeper von Creeper Jr. went on to Succeed his father as Mayor of Creeperville Also in 2016. Creeper von Creeper Jr. still serves as Mayor as of August, 2024 and a Monument on Main Street is dedicated to Mayor Creeper von Creeper and Creeper von Creeper is rated as the Best Mayor in Creeperville history.
