Daurada, formally the Republic of Daurada is an island country located in Atlantic Ocean. It is composed of four islands named: Sant Joan, New Occitania, Magrana, and Cadaqués. Aside of the four islands, there are ten smaller islands in the country and only few are inhabited. It has a population of 50,210,779 with an area of 61,921 sq mi.

Daurada is a federal presidential republic that consists of twelve federal states. The President and Vice President is both elected in-tandem by popuar vote every four years while the Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister is both appointed by the President. The legisature of the country is called the Cortes, composed of the State Council (upper house) and State Assembly (lower house).

It was discovered by Ferdinand Magellan in 1519 before he went to the Philippines and it became a Spanish colony as a Captaincy General of the Daurada Islands in 1570. During the Siege of Barcelona in 1714, many people emigrated to Daurada and their population increased. It declared independence from Spanish Empire in 1767 after the Spaniards lost in the war against the Dauradese separatists in the Battle of New Aragon. After the constitution enacted for the official establishment of the Kingdom of New Aragon at the same year, Joan I became the first King of New Aragon. In 1789, the people from Occitania also emigrated to Daurada due to the massive damage of the French Revolution. In 1941, Carles II abdicated the throne and he exiled to the United States due to the decreased support of the people. After the World War II, New Aragon renamed back into the Daurada because it was the name of the country when it was colonized by the Spaniards.
