Template:Infobox Airport Federation Air Forces Station Kadena, also known as Kadena Air Base (嘉手納飛行場 Kadena Hikōjō?, 가데나 공항), (IATA: DNA, ICAO: RODN) is a Federation Air Forces base located in the towns of Kadena and Chatan and the city of Okinawa, in Okinawa Prefecture, East Asian Federation. Kadena Air Base is the largest FAF base, and home to the FAF Leviathan and a variety of associate units.
In addition to its duties as headquarters of the FAF Leviathan, Kadena is also home to the Orbital Relay Cannon Array Terminal station, and the infrastructure necessary to support it.
Facilities
Kadena has a specially designed underground hangar to shield the Leviathan from external damage and threats. It has two runways of equal length designed to allow any aircraft to takeoff or land at the Air Station. In addition to traditional features of air force bases, Kadena is equipped with:
- Two Civilian-Grade Magnetically-Confined Fusion reactors
- Orbital Relay Cannon Array Terminal Station
- Particle Emission Dish
- Ground-to-Satellite Communications Array
- Energy Storage Capacitors
- Air Forces Barracks
- ULR Early Warning Radar Array
