Federal Assembly of States
The Federal Assembly of States is an annual government meeting between all members of the executive branch, judicial branch and the governors of each of the thirty nine states where matters regarding national policies, laws and changes to the Constitution or of the government are made. The meeting begins the day after the July 4th Independence Day celebrations and starts with the President's annual State of the Union speech where the President speaks regarding the condition of the country and things that need to be changed or done to improve the nation.
New amendments to the Constitution, new nationwide laws regarding national policies and major changes to government or government systems are discussed and voted on by all of the assembly, to allow agreement between the states. Each member has a single vote.
