The Great Khural is the unicameral legislature of Tuva, according to the Tuvan Constitution (1957). The Great Khural is composed of 38 members (2 per provinces and independent cities), who are presided over by a chairman. Its headquarters is located in Great Khural Building in Tuva's capital Kyzyl. The deputies elected on TBD were inaugurated on TBD.

Qualifications

The qualifications for membership in the Great Khural are expressly stated in the 1957 Tuvan Constitution as follows:

• Natural-born Tuvan citizen.
• He/she must be at least 25 years of age.
• Literate person; must be able to read and write.
• Graduated at any degree in college.
• A registered voter.
• A resident of the country for not less than a year.
