Midúrkushdírut
The contemporary Kushlic peoples are believed to share traces of a common origin outside the region known today as Ghilandur. The Ancient Balamese poet Ghelán called this predecessor land Midúrkushdírut (lit. "green grass place" in Old Balamese) in their seminal Zaithaethaiíghan.
