Independence Day(Ryukyu)

Ryukyu Day is a national holiay celebrated in Ryukyu. It occurs January 6 and celebrates its independe from Korea and China. Ryukyu Day is the anniversery of the signing of the Declaration of Independence which ended its 700-year East Asian rule. Fireworks, Ryukyu Flags, and Air Force Jets are the celeberaty tradition of Ryukyu Day.
