Jerome Davis Belle (born July 25, 1987) is a Continental politician and diplomat serving as a member of the National Committee of the Continentalist Party since 2018. Along with serving on the Conitnentalist Party's National Committee, Belle also served as the Continental Ambassador to the United Kingdom from 2020 until 2021.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Belle attended DeVry University. Following his graduation, Belle became involved in Continental politics, becoming a field coordinator for the Continentalist Party in his hometown. Developing a reputation for his dedication to Landonism and his staunch support of the Continentalist Party on social media, Belle would begin forming a nationwide profile, becoming popular with many younger Continentals. In 2018, after ten years of field work, Belle would be elected to the National Committee of the Continentalist Party in 2020, representing the Georgian Continentalist Party. As a member of the National Committee of the Continentalist Party, he has been a staunch supporter of the continued implementations of Marxist-Landonism and has been a vocal opponent of moderate elements in the party.
In December 2020, Belle would be selected to become the Continental Ambassador to the United Kingdom, assuming the office on January 1, 2021. As Continental Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Belle would be known highly controversial actions and statements, being a harsh critic of both the British government and monarchy. One of his more infamous statements was celebrating the death of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh in May of 2021, which would draw international condemnation. In June of 2021, Belle would be declared persona non grata in the United Kingdom following his alleged participation in violent protests during the 2021 G8 summit in Cornwall. The Continental government wouldn't recall Belle despite this threat, however he would leave the United Kingdom on the 16 seeking to avoid a diplomatic incident and possible incarceration.
Politically, Belle identifies as a staunch Marxist-Landonist and Continentalist. Considered a rising star in the Continentalist Party, Belle has a large following of younger Continentals, largely members of the Millennial and Gen-Z generations, despite his controversial international profile. A member of the Labor Front of the Continentalist Party, he is a critic of the Revolutionary Front and it's more authoritarian and militarist wings. Belle has been largely opposed to efforts to reconcile with the West, calling it contradictory to revolutionary ideals and motives. He is especially opposed to reconciliation and the improvement of relations with Sierra and Superior, calling the two nations "the enemies of Landon and the revolution".
