Kaijin
The Kaijin (Kai: ) are the largest Kai ethnic group who speak various dialects of Kai and are native to Northwestern Aicho, mainly in Kaishuri. The modern Kaijin are descended from the ancient, nomadic Kai tribes who settled in the region following the collapse and fall of the Dumars. The Kaijin's cultural and ethnic identity is based from the Seven Fathers Confederacy, one of the earliest Kaijin states which comprised various, allied clans of mixed Kai and Zhou origins, in the 6th century Ə. The vast majority of Kaijin are Ramvokists, with a significant minority adhering to a syncretic blend of Ramvokism and Jähimajism, the ancient faith of the pre-Ramvokist era Kaijin. In addition to the native Kaijin, there is a large Kaijin diaspora worldwide, especially within Aicho and Methona.
