Matthew Aitkin

The Hon. Matthew Stephen Gordon Aitkin (b. September 13, 1963) is a Georgeland politician. He is currently the Member of Parliament for Harrogate and has represented the seat since 2002. He was elected as a Liberal candidate but is now part of the Liberal Democratic Party of the United Islands. Formerly a member of the Joint House Committee for Consumer Affairs, Aitkin was appointed by new Prime Minister Zoe Parker as Minister for Consumer Affairs, a junior position, on August 1, 2005.
Aitkin lives with his partner, Cindy, and has two children, Juliet and Harry.
