The Fifth Tetraquadrant, also known as Fifth Universe, informally known as NON-ALIGNED Universe, or COMBINED Universe, is the 5th corner of pan-universal community. Stretching from the Southmost borderlines of APAC, to the Eastward space of AMERICA, this region composed of civilizations and empires from every scifi and fantasy works known to men, mostly from animes, mangas, games and light novels. Moving in after the event, the COMBINED bloc, while rather new to the space colonial game, had proven that some of its member star empires aren't less aggressive and zealot than any of other great powers in expansion. By the current era, the majority of inter-universe politic in 5th Tetraquadrant is dominated by the UFP-led Khitomer Accord, the Terranian-led MSTO, the Grand Imperium-led Gavialis Allies, the Cagalla-led Labridae Pact, and the Lamalux-led ISCA. The powers in COMBINED universe had only made their presents in inter-universal political ground by end of 6th era, after the Second Coming and the discovery of doorways to multiverse, although several star empires here already made their names eons ago. With the formation of the grand ente, as well as the recovery of many great empires after the Second Coming, the COMBINED community, slowly but surely, began to reach the levels of political, cultural, economic and military dominations on par of those of EURAPAC and to some extend, AFRICA.
The first evidences of native species dated back to several billions years AT. Many archaeologic expeditions from several star nations had suggested some forms of civiled species once flourished in the Southern continent on Metynnis around 27 x 10^34 years AT. How they was formed and what were their ultimate ends are remain in fierce debates; some theorize some forms of apocalypse, while many talk about destructive wide-spread wars. Among the excavations, one stands out from the rest is the discovery of the relics; evidences of highly advanced ancient civilizations that, surprisingly, bear strikingly connections to Chinese I Ching from Earth. In 8938 AT, 6th Era, a USS The Harbinger had landed in emergency on the planet Gobos accidentally found the remnant of a city deep underground, that might belong to the first species combined technology and magic in known universe.
