Neptune Technologies, Inc. is a Patagonian multinational company located in Threehills, Santa Cruz. Neptune is the largest personal computer vendor and largest mobile phone manufacturer in Patagonia. It is considered one of the Big Three Patagonian information technology companies, alongside Odyssey and Vista.

Neptune was founded as Neptune Computer Machine on March 2, 1988 by Stephen White, a Sierran-Patagonian computer technician turned businessman. The first personal computer that the company invented was Neptune Blue and it was created on 1989. The product became a hit to the Patagonian masses resulting to the creation of Neptune Indigo in 1991, the second personal computer of the company. Neptune created its own operating system called the Neptune OS in 1995 as it applies to their computer products in order to compete with the Direct OS of Comware at that time. Following its worldwide success, Neptune Computer Machine renamed into Neptune Devices Company on 1998. Following the new millenium, Neptune had ventured through creating portable media players, mobile phones, and tablet computers. The Neptune Music Pod was created in 2001 and it is still popular in the world up to this day even though most of the portable media players of the rival companies are discounted. Stephen White was resigned as CEO in 2005 due to health reasons, and he replaced by Timothy Bevan. Neptune Devices Company renamed into its current name, Neptune Technologies, Inc. in 2007.

Computers

The personal computer products of Neptune are divided into two categories: Neptune Extra and Neptune Ultra. Neptune Extra, also known on its nickname as Nextra are the family of desktop computers and the predecessors of the Neptune's original computer products (Neptune Blue, Neptune Indigo, Neptune Cyan, etc.). Nextras are known for its colorful designs and convenient use. It is popular in homes, government offices, and universities. The current lineup consists of Nextra Ultimate, Nextra Power, and Nextra Blast. While Neptune Ultra, also known on its nickname as Nultra are the family of laptops. Netbooks and subnotebooks are also included in the line-up. Nultra is popularly used by teachers, students, creative professionals, and software engineers. The current lineup consists of Nultra Easy, Nultra Pro, and Nultra Go.

The computers are in open platform so that it can allow to use other browsers and applications from the rival companies. Both of these computer categories use Supernova chips, run the Neptune OS operating system, and include Neptune software Galatea web browser, Triton for home movie editing, Despina for photo editing, Thalassa for music creation, and Colouroffice for productivity suite. Neptune also sells pro apps: Triton Pro for video production, Thalassa Pro for musicians and producers, and Poseidon for software developers.

Smartphones

The Neptuphone Original is the mobile phone product and the predecessor of current smartphones that produced by the company. It was introduced by the public in 2000 and the phone was popular across the globe. Neptuphone was discounted in 2014 following the rise of the smartphones. Neptuphone Ocean and Neptuphone Dynamite are Neptune's line of smartphones, which runs the BluishOS operating system. The two smartphone families have created to compete with the major technolgical companies and provide smartphones for the cheaper price on the customers. Neptuphone Ocean have same features with Turing phone models, while Neptuphone Dynamite have similarities with Android phones.

As of 2022, 45% of Patagonia's population have used the Neptune smartphones making it the largest company in the country by producing smartphones. Neptuphones are widely popular in the UK, São Leopoldo, United Provinces, Indian subcontinent, and Southeast Asia, while it experienced moderate success ik the rest of the globe. The Neptuphones are generated large profits of the company, is credited to make Neptune as one of the world's most valuable technological companies.

The current models of Neptuphones are Neptuphone OB4, Neptuphpne OC3, Neptuphone OI2, Neptune OP4, Neptuphone DB2, Neptuphone DG5, and Neptuphone DS3.

Tablets

The Neptuscreen are Neptune's line of tablets. The Neptuscreen is mainly marketed for educational use, listening to music, watching videos, creating art, working on documents, videoconferencing, and playing games.
