New Seogyeong Station, also known as New Saikyō Station, is a major railway station in northwestern Seogyeong, East Asian Federation. The station is served by Trans-Asia rail services, the New Main Line, the Gyeongbu Line, the Seju Line, and the Sogyong Line, with frequent high-speed, express, and local services to various points throughout the Federation.
Facilities
The transport hub at New Seogyeong Station consists of the Main Domestic Rail Terminal, the Trans-Asia International terminal, and customs/internal control facilities associated with the International Terminal, the New Seogyeong and East Pothong Way stations of the Saikyo Subway are connected to the two rail terminals.
Services
New Seogyeong International terminal is the northern terminus for all through-running Trans-Asia service to Beijing, Hanoi, Saigon, and intermediate points. The domestic terminal is served by 6 New Main Line trains per day, with most westbound trains terminating at the downtown Saikyō Station. New Main Line trains serving New Seogyeong station continue on to Sinuiju. New Seogyeong is a major station for the Seju Line, and is served by 72 trains per day to Sinuiju. The station is also the western terminus of the Sogyong Line, with 36 trains per day operating to Rason via Hamhung. The Seogyeong Metropolitan Subway lines 4 and 5 serve the station.
