Norm

The Norm is a universe that is unable to accessed from our universe. There is only one explored galaxy in the entire universe by life forms, and it is not known whether there are other life forms. This galaxy is called Normae in Universal Language C, the main language of the galaxy.

Culture

Cultures vary from planet to planet and from region to region but after the Galactic Union formed in the year 150981 and High Consul Forzono Politicon IV coerced the Senate into passing the Universal Culture Act of 150983, Act #8271 passed by the Senate, a universal galactic culture was adapted for all members of the union.
