The Palace of Justice, often called the Law Court, is the building in the Federation Center district of Seogyeong, East Asia that houses the Seogyeong Regional Court, the North Korean High Court, and the Federation Charter Council, which serves as the highest court of the East Asian Federation. The building itself is open to the public, although access may be restricted for sensitive cases. The building was designed by Shinichi Okada, and was opened in 1978. Prior to its construction, cases were heard in the Federation Center building. It stands between Federation Center and Police Plaza, headquarters of the Seogyeong Metropolitan Police Agency and National Police Agency.
