Poke at the Charlotte Gardens is a Hawaiian and Japanese restaurant in San Francisco City which specializes in poke and sushi. Established in 2004 and owned by Wendall Yamada, it is Yamada's flagship restaurant and it has been awarded 3 Michelin stars.

It is located in Union Square at the Charlotte Gardens, a large, mixed-use development complex which also houses Yamada's Museum of Culinary Innovation.

Description

The restaurant occupies three stories at the Charlotte Gardens, and its dining is segregated accordingly to patrons' dining preferences: omakase-styled dining, prix fix, or à la carte. It is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. The best selections and cuts of fish are reserved for the omakase dining experience, followed by the highest tier of its prix fix menus.
