The Provisional Sierran Republican Army, abbreviated as the PSRA, is a Sierran dissedent republican paramilitary and terrorist group headquartered in Bernheim. Founded in 1998, it would be created in opposition to the Concord Accords, which ended The Disturbances. Acting largely in obscurity, the PSRA would be behind the 2022 Porciúncula bombings, one of the largest terrorist attacks in Sierra post-9/11.

Created sometime in November of 1989, the Provisional Sierran Republican Army would be founded by members of the Sierran Republican Army who opposed the Concord Accords between the Sierran government, Jacobite paramilitaries, and the SRA. Following the dissolution of its predecessor, the PSRA would become the largest and most active dissident republican paramilitary group in the Styxie. During the 2000s and 2010s, the PSRA would be involved in a number of skirmishes with the Sierran government and Jacobite paramilitary groups, most notably the White Rose Battalions and the Sierran Loyalist Defense Association. However, nothing would escalated to Disturbances-level of violence.

In 2022, the Parliament Building and several metro tunnels would be bombed by the PSRA, resulting in over a thirty deaths. Shortly after the bombing, the PSRA would claim responsibility for the bombing, claiming it was retribution for the continued "tyranny" of the Sierran monarchy, along with the supposed "betrayal" by leftist Prime Minister Susan Kwon (SDS) and the Progressive Coalition, with the PSRA calling the former a "class traitor" and "political grifter".
