Shipyard

Template:Craft Shipyards serve the important purpose of constructing additional capital ships for the fleet. They are the only vessels that can do so. Ships in construction are built while on the outside, on either side of the shipyard. The shipyard does not have production facilities for smaller vessels, and the ones they do have aren't of the assembly line type.
