The Ulei River Skyway is a bridge in Westminster County, Federal District, Ivalice. It carries the Koiwai Beltway (National Route 404) over the Ulei River between Westminster County and Alero County. The bridge has four traffic lanes in each direction, three primary lanes and one HOT lane in each direction. The outermost lanes are both exit only, the southbound outer lane exiting onto National Route 2 east, the northbound outer lane exiting onto Westminster Parkway.
The original Ulei River Skyway was built in 1963, only four lanes wide, quickly becoming a bottleneck. Plans to replace the span materialized in the late 1970s, with construction beginning in 1985, and completed in spring 1992. The new span was built parallel to the old span, so the highway was redirected to travel over the new span upon its opening.
