Terms of the Cypriot Condominium
- The signatories of the treaty swear to upheld peace, brotherhood and civility in present and future.
- This treaty declares establishment of ____ (State name undecided) on the (DD) of the month of (MON) of the year 19XX of the Common Era.
- The Greeks and the Anatolians take responsibility of defence, security, law and order over the Island.
- The treaty orders to establish a purely-Cypriot Gendarmie to assist in the above.
- Greek and Turkish are declared to be the official languages on the Island, while all the the other languages are, however, recognised.
- The State shall be governed by a Council, called ____, which is to be comprised of 45 individuals:-10 Anatolians, 10 Greeks, 20 Cypriots, an Imam, an Orthodox priest, a council elected President, an elected Prime Minister, elected Chief Justice, appointed Chief of Gendarmie, a holy sites supervisor.
- The sites of religious reverence will be extra-territorial.
- Official city names would be of both languages.
- The President would alternate between Turkish and Greek Cypriots.
- The Island would have two officially endorsed religions: Christianity and Islam.
- The Island state would be allowed to issue its own passports.
- A Cypriot is free to take up Greek or Anatolian citizenship. However, a non-Cypriot would have to submit an application to the council for approval and decision.
- The Greek and Anatolian currencies would be the official currencies in the state.
- The cost of budget of the state would be equally shared amongst: Anatolian government, Greek government and state of the Cypriots.
- In case of war between Greeks and Anatolians, the state must declare and preserve its neutrality. It would not permit conscription of the natives by any of the other signatory nations.
- In case of a civil or criminal case between Turkish and Greek Cypriots, the final verdict would be given by a three-judge panel led by the Chief Justice, Greek and Anatolian representatives.
- The treaty establishes the towns of Akrotiri/Ağrotur and Dhekelia/Dikelya as naval bases for joint exercises and controlled equally by the Anatolians and Greeks.
