VT-RaumKosmos is the National Space Agency operated by Vohylt-Tvahorner, acting as an independent agency. Established in 1942, RaumKosmos succeeded Vohylt-Tvahorner Aerospace Agency to give the Vohylt-Tvahorn space development a civilian perspective, focusing on the development of the peaceful innovation of space science. VT-RaumKosmos is considered a multi suprational technology company, engaged in spaceflight, cloud coputing, artificial intelligence, digital streaming, internet provision and sodium-ion battery production. It is considered one of the Tech Ten of Seterra with an estimated valuation of $4.11tn KKR (2023). Currently, space operations for VT-RaumKosmos include support of Mriya-Frieheit, Lagrange Orbiters, Lunarri Gateway Station and the IPTV 'Mikhaela' Programme.

VT-RaumKosmos was formed in 1942 during The Great War, becoming the first dedicated space agency on Seterra. Initially focused on the national goals of achieving spaceflight and asserting the presence of Vohylt-Tvahorner into space, VT-RaumKosmos has gone into the public sector and semi-privatizing in 1994, diversifying its divisions and subsidiaries who operate in other industries.

This has allowed it to also become the first space agency to achieve self-sustaining and independent budgeting through the use of patented and contractually distributed technologies produced by the Conglomeration. Recognised for the invention and distribution of the ARTNET to Seterra, the company holding proportional stake and royalties of its usage.

VT-RaumKosmos despite being a space agency, functions as one of the largest conglomerates in the world, holding huge influence beyond its parent nation of Vohylt-Tvahorner. It is currently led under, Paul Reisse, who serves as the Chief Administrator to the space agency.
