Void (Dawn's Beauty)

 

The void, also known as the veil or the outer darkness, is the space between realms in the Aurbis. Empty and lightless, the void permeates all existence to a degree, but is strongest at the outer limits and intersections of planes.

Nirn and the other planets float in the void, as do the planes of Oblivion.

Nature of the void

While the void is commonly assumed to be an inert vacuum, Imperial experiments have described it as being highly susceptible to belief, suggesting a more complex truth. Rusival posits the existence of ambient energy or "dark magicka" as an explanation for this phenomenon.
