Pei Zhenming (Chinese: 裴真名, born 19 March 1965) is a Republic of China Air Force general. He served as the first commander of the joint forces in the Special Operation Zone in Manchuria, from April to June 2023, commanding the first stage of the Chinese invasion of Manchuria, and since then has been the commander of the air forces in the special operation zone.
As an air defense specialist, he commanded two air defense brigades before achieving senior command, being appointed as the head of the Beijing Region Air Force. In this role he commanded the air support for the annexation of Rehe Province by the Republic of China in 2014, including air defenses for the ground troops advancing into Rehe. In 2018 Pei was made the Chief of Staff of the Air Force Command, and in 2020 he became the Deputy Commander of the Air Force. In these roles he worked to improve the coordination between the ROCAF and the Republic of China Army for operations.

Manchurian War
In June 2023, he was placed under personal sanctions by the American Parliament along with several hundred other Chinese officials in connection with the Chinese invasion of Manchuria.
