The Federal Republican Machine Korps or the Tech Vanguard,( | The Federal Republican Automated Machine Korps or the Tech Vanguard,(FRAMK or TK) is the new branch of the Federal Republican Armed Forces that fully specializes in Mechanized and Armoured service warfare and the use of military robots on land, sea, air, space, and the multiverse. The Machine Korps, while not requiring human combat soldier, employs nearly 1,500 trained tech-officers, who maintain command of the droid command centers for combat droids throughout the nation and throughout the several branches of the military and government, who utilize them for varied purposes. With nearly 100,000 combat droids in service, these are commanded with both limited artificial intelligence and satellite controls, by tech-officers working under the authority of the Ground Forces. Droids and drones are increasing in their use in combat situations, largely during intense combat, special operations and general military combat assistance including security operations, protective detail, bomb squad sweeps, I.E.D. detonation and peacekeeping. | ||

Robotics, computing, and artificial intelligence have also advanced at an incredible rate, with robots and automatons in common use across the UFN, in both civilian and military capacities. These range from mundane protocol, cleaning, and mail-sorting robots to weapons of war, ranging from the nimble Übersoldat units to even larger mechanized monstrosities, such as the Autoturrets and Guard Robot units, the Zitadelle units, the iconic Panzerhund robots from wolfenstion, and outright weapons of terror like the London Monitor and the prototype Zerstörer robots. Personal computing has seemingly advanced as well, with computer terminals and reel-to-reel machines ever ubiquitous across the expanding UFN. Many appliances, domestic, industrial and military, are fully automated, if not always reliable. Thanks to Crazy Dave's and Dr.Zomboss's basis of their reverse-engineering of allied and enemy technology, Z-Tech has made various aggressive leaps in technological development and robotics had become the cream of the crop. | Robotics, computing, and artificial intelligence have also advanced at an incredible rate, with robots and automatons in common use across the UFN, in both civilian and military capacities. As far as the rest of the world knows, the FRAF fields seventeen combat legions in total; thirteen general legions, and four rapid response legions, the former designed for holding territories and protecting Federal territories, and the latter an active round-the-clock force ready to be deployed anywhere on the globe at a moment's notice. These forces total some one million combat units, and each one's strength depending on the location and importance of their respective regions, the exception by the rapid response legions which all share the same total number of combat drones. | |||

Lethal autonomous weapons (LAWs) are a type of autonomous military system that can independently search for and engage targets based on programmed constraints and descriptions. LAWs are also known as lethal autonomous weapon systems (LAWS), autonomous weapon systems (AWS), robotic weapons or killer robots. LAWs may operate in the air, on land, on water, underwater, or in space. The autonomy of current systems as of 2018 was restricted in the sense that a human gives the final command to attack—though there are exceptions with certain "defensive" systems | |||
Military robots are autonomous robots or remote-controlled mobile robots designed for military applications, from transport to search & rescue and attack. | |||

Mounted on a TALON chassis, it is armed with various weapons and is controlled from afar with controllers that resemble that of an XBOX. The robot is small, cheap and contains various targeting systems allowing it to hit targets perfectly. Simulations and wargames showed that a single REAPER could probably kill 10 regular infantry in a building before being destroyed, if the pilot was very experienced. | |||

=== Iron Fleet === | |||
The Iron Fleet is a leaked sub-faction of the Automatons. They are the Legion's enhanced strike forces, being made of titanium, that are predicted to be the strongest Automaton forces in the Galaxy, even more than the waves on Malevelon Creek. During Operation Titanium Belt, the Automatons had made an offensive into the Talus and Tanis Sectors, trying to reach the large titanium repository on Imber. The attacks were repelled by the Helldivers with minimal territorial losses and most importantly of all, the Automaton limited-use strike forces has been denied the critical resources for its construction for the time being. | |||

= Guardians and Drones = | |||
Guardians are among the major technological advancements used by the FRMK as part of their comprehensive Military policy. | |||
=== Guardians === | |||
Guardians, or ZT-1078s, are semi-autonomous, humanoid robots with basic intelligence designed to identify and neutralize threats using deadly force, particularly in incidents involving powers. | |||
They’re armoured and equipped with various militaristic features. They stand about a head taller than the average officer (likely 7ft) and are armed with semi-automatic weapons. They are usually carried in the belly of a drone (2 per drone) and deployed when a situation escalates. Guardians can also act as escorts for ground teams, where they’ll ride along on the side of transport vehicles. A handlebar on the upper back of their vests allows accompanied officers to utilize them as a walking armoured shield. | |||
Guardians are extremely durable and help keep human officers out of harm's way when dealing with powered people, but they are not indestructible. With the help of a metal weapon or other solid object, a Brawn can do serious damage and crush a Guardian’s head. | |||
== Mechanics == | |||
Drones and Guardians are equipped with sensitive thermal cameras and detailed facial recognition technology that can scan a human face and immediately run a check through police records, although they need a clear view of the face to get a proper read. This appears as tracking markers on the target’s face and a profile pulled up on the drone view, which the operator can see. They can also scan and track vehicles. | |||
When scanning human targets, the profile information that appears lists their registration status, whether or not they’re enabled, their power class, and criminal records including outstanding warrants. | |||
Guardians are equipped with a laser sight in their faceplate, and they carry semi-automatic to fully automatic weapons. They can enter a “Breach Mode” that reconfigures their arm as a battering ram, allowing them to break doors down with ease. | |||
=== Drones === | |||
The Global Armaments Combat Drone, also known as GA Battle Drones, are technological advanced, unmanned combat drones created by George Marshall to assist the corporate security forces of Pravus International and were purchased by Z-Tech. He developed the design to incorporate many humanoid features that could give it greater flexibility in the field of battle, while still be easy to manufacture and produce. The individual drones were then customized into separate models for use by various parts of the Pravus security force. Though each model has the same basic structure, their armament and exterior designs are different for each field they are to be deployed in. Because of their durability and flexibility, they today serve as the main combat force of Pravus International and as the military robots used by the FRAF. | |||
==GA Drone Types/Variants== | |||
=== GA-01 Army Drone=== | |||
*Exterior: Chobham Armor | |||
*Armaments: Shoulder-Mounted M242 Bushmaster, Milkor M32 40mm Grenade Launcher | |||
*Firepower: Excellent | |||
The GA-01 Army Drone is the basic and primary combat drone in used by Pravus International. Serving as the boots on the ground from Pravus, the GA-01 drone can be mass-produced, easily equipped, and fielded in large numbers with low maintainance. Given that they each possess only rudimentary combat knowledge, they are capable of dealing with major threats, save only in large numbers. A single drone, though emmensely dangerous to anyone person, is not capable of engaging that target in the same manner as a human would, and thus is not generally regarded as a "one-man army". In its basic ten-drone squad, it is capable of exchanging data with other units effectively, and can react to a threat much faster and independently. | |||
===GA-02 Navy Drone=== | |||
*Exterior: Chobham Armor | |||
*Armaments: FIM-92 Stinger Missiles | |||
*Firepower: Moderate | |||
The GA-02 Navy Drone is the naval battle drone in use by Pravus for coastal warfare and anti-ship combat. The GA-02 combat drone is fielded in small groups for territorial defence, and anti-aircraft missions where the drone's missile systems ae small and mobile enough to take out a number of targets regardless of speed and altitude. Aside from its missile loadout, the GA-02 is not designed for general combat, and lacks any form of protection once its missiles have been expended. It is typically guarded by a small force of GA-01 or GA-04 drones that handle all close to mid-range combat duties that the GA-02 drone is incapable of handling itself. Aside from this issue, the battle drone is a highly capable war machine. | |||
===GA-03 Air Drone=== | |||
*Exterior: Stealth Plated Chobham Armor | |||
*Armaments: Vortex Ring Gun, Air-To-Air Missiles, Rotary Wrist Blasters, and Flight Stabilizers | |||
*Firepower: Excellent | |||
The GA-03 Air Drone is the primary weapon used by Pravus for air-based combat. The GA-03 is stealthed, and heavily-armed, and because of its mobility, it can get to targets tha jet fighters and attack helicopters cannot. As it is slightly larger than the typical air force pilot, it can move into areas such as bunkers and densely packed regions to hide itself from enemy air raids or ready itself for air raids of its own without the fear of losing the element of surprise. Also, its smaller profile and faster speeds mean that added to its stealth armor, the drone is nearly impossible to target with a fire or to track effectively. The GA-03 is the most independent of the combat drones utilized by Pravus, meaning that it can act pre-emptively during battle, taking advantage of a situtation similar to a human pilot. | |||
===GA-04 Marine Drone=== | |||
*Exterior: Sealed Chobham Armor; Camoflaged | |||
*Armaments: Electromagnetic Pulse, M320 Grenade Launcher, Electric Saw Blades | |||
*Firepower: Moderate | |||
The GA-04 Marine Drone is a combat drone designed to work alone or in groups, but with much more independence than its Army variant brother. Largely geared toward close-combat, the GA-04 is a dangerous opponent, and designed for urban combat and quick coastal raids the night. It possesses a computerized camoflage system that can effectively turn it invisible to the untrained eye, making it a master of warfare in densely-pack rural areas such as grasslands and the jungle, where it has seen many victories in regions such as Africa. It has a single EMP generator to allow it take out enemy tracking equipment and vehicles, and deal the final blow before the battle truly begins. | |||
=== Pravus ED-3 Oppressor === | |||
The Pravus ED-3 Oppressor is a fully-automated bipedal combat droid designed and manufactured by Pravus International. The walker was developed to serve as a heavy weapons platform for high-intensity combat operations in urban conditions where heavy firepower would be needed for clearing out large numbers of heavily-armed and protected soldiers and vehicles. Pravus International plans to use them within the Pravus Combat Legions, but also plans to negotiate with national governments for contracts with their military forces for use in war. | |||
Pravus had long been hoping to sell the Oppressor on the foreign market, though few countries even considered the mech for combat duties. The "excessive overkill" as commentors put it, was deemed too much for even the most unscrupulous of military forces in the world's pariah states, and members of NATO refused to consider it as a weapon in the arsenals of its many militaries. With that, Pravus is the only combat user of the ED-3, and as a result, the corporation has only ordered 150 of the machines, with the potential to construct another 100 should the need arise. | |||
== Mechs and suits == | |||
=== APU (MK.ll model) === | |||
The Armored Personnel Unit (APU) is a hydraulic mechanized walker designed for combat. More than 120,000 units were produced but, only 50,000 are active presently. | |||
APU operators are required to pass a training program, after which, it still requires an immense amount of skill to operate successfully in combat. | |||
=== Functionality === | |||
The APUs from the very early years of the decades-spanning Garden War has cockpits located in the center of the exoskeleton, in the "chest" of the APU. This version is piloted when the operator placed their legs and arms inside the exoskeleton joints and not by means of the flight sticks used in early MK.l models. The pilot's limbs are then further secured with belts and straps and the cockpit was closed down to seal the suit, all to ensure that the pilot never loses control of the APU and specially not against any impact sustained during fighting. | |||
The APUs are armed with two 30mm automatic cannons attached to each arm. APU ammunition is reloaded by hand with the help of a special crane located on the back of each unit. To reload the cannons, an ammo runner will have to run out to the middle of the battle while transporting a cart loaded with boxes of ammunition. It is an extremely dangerous operation which leaves both pilot and runner defenseless during the process necessitating cover fire from a small escort of infantry which is sent along with the runner; further exposing more soldiers to danger. Regardless, the resulting suit was heavily armored in addition to having incredible mobility in straight-line races, allowing it to reach extreme speeds using rear thrusters and allowing it to jump short distances. | |||
Once the boxes of ammunition are mounted into the receiving ports on the back of the APU, a flexible belt feeds ammunition from the receiving ports into the gun and, when the ammo has run out, the pilot is trained to pack their gun into their holster; allowing the flexible belt feed to reattach automatically once ammunition becomes available. | |||
Footage from the War Archives suggest an interchangeable weapon subsystem, with the barrel at the end of the arm next to its firing system and the ammunition possibly stored in the arm compartment to avoid ammo jams while in the middle of heated combat, a consideration when firing continuous shots while facing against the large waves of enemies and Machines. | |||
== Autonomous robots == | |||
Worker Drones and Disassembly Drones, colloquially known as Murder Drones, are autonomous robots created by their parent company, JCJenson, to help mine exoplanets for resources, untill the death of humanity in the Murder drones universe and the defeat of the solver virus. During the Garden War, Both worker and murder drones joined Z-Tech and they started a society of their own being seen and treated as equal to humans and other races within the UFN. | |||
=== Worker Drones === | |||
Worker Drones are used to mine resources, industrial manufacturing, and responsible for handling the protection of the UFN personnel. The WDs are favored by many in the UFN, especially civilians due to efficiency in their work. | |||
==== Appearance ==== | |||
When first created by JCJenson to mine resources from exoplanets before Copper 9's explosion, all Worker Drones wore hard hats and orange jackets, with their only eye color being light blue. | |||
Following the core explosion of exoplanet Copper 9, all humans on the planet were wiped out, turning it into a winter-apocalyptic wasteland. Seizing this opportunity, the Worker Drones quickly picked up where the humans had left off, formed their colony, and embraced this newfound freedom by wearing human-like clothing and having different eye colors. Known colors they can have are red, orange, green, blue, cyan, aqua, magenta, pink, purple, and white. When a Worker Drone feels fear, shock or other intense emotion, their eyes become hollow, with a black circle overlaying the normally fully-colored eyes. | |||
A key trait to notice about the Worker Drones' eye colors is the total absence of yellow. This trait was thought to belong solely to the Disassembly Drones until it was revealed that they were once Worker Drones themselves and that their yellow eye color originates from the Zombie Drone, Cyn. | |||
=== Visor messages === | |||
Drones have two bright eyes on their visor that emotes. Under some circumstances, their eyes can be overridden by an error, status warning, or system message: | |||
* Absolute Solver symbol replacing one eye or covering entire visor: Caused by the Absolute Solver awakening within the drone or being utilized. The Solver's glyph covering the entire drone's visor is caused when they fully initiate their Solver Form. | |||
* System messages briefly covering visor: Caused by minor errors experienced by the drone. An example is Uzi's 'EDGE LEVELS CRITICALLY LOW' error. | |||
* Rampant error messages covering visor: Caused by injecting wdOS_606, a core termination program, into the drone. | |||
* Warning sign: This is caused by severe damage to the drone's visor like being pierced by a sharp object. It is also found on numerous deceased drones. Uzi also suffers this after being hit by J's EMP. | |||
* HIGH TEMP: Accompanied by a warning sign. Self-explanatory, usually appears on Absolute Solver hosts. | |||
* FATAL ERROR: This occurs when a drone dies, usually by external causes like severe hardware damage. | |||
* X shape replacing both eyes: Used to signify that a drone has died. | |||
* Elongated 'X' on visor: Either caused when a faulty OS string is present or when an Absolute Solver host becomes violent and/or starts to transform into their Solver Form. | |||
* Flashing ERROR 606 message: Accompanied by an elongated 'X'. This is caused by the removal of one or more core OS strings. Drones with this error are non-sentient, unresponsive, and immobile. | |||
* Buffering symbol: Caused by being boot-looped by Sentinels. Like ERROR 606, drones with this error are non-sentient, unresponsive, and immobile. | |||
* Text: Can be generated at will to communicate without speaking. It is also used to display when a drone is in SLEEP MODE, as well as emoticons. | |||
* Games: Games like tetris can be played in one's screen. | |||
* Swirl shape replacing both eyes: This occurs when a drone feels dizzy. | |||
* Images: Drones can also display images on their visor, as seen with Cyn. | |||
* Nothing: If a drone's visor displays nothing, not even their eyes, it usually means that the said drone is dead. | |||
=== Disassembly Drones === | |||
Murder Drones are used in autonomous combat when a battle become difficult to fight, as they all have unique Abilities which made them perfect to unlease. | |||
==== Appearance ==== | |||
Disassembly Drones are physically similar to Worker Drones, having a white coloration with a black screen on the top half of their face, a black waist, and hands with four fingers. However, Disassembly Drones are half a head taller than them and have white arms with wider forearms that end with yellow and black stripes. On their head is a black headband with five round yellow lights which contains Nanite Acid and functions as another set of "eyes." In their mouth is a dark gray tongue and retractable fangs. All Disassembly Drones also sport a long black tail that ends in a large syringe, also containing the acid. | |||
Males have feet that end on yellow and black stripes, giving the appearance of soles/heels, while the females' shins are tapered to a point. Females also have curvy torsos and black markings on their legs, giving the appearance of stockings. The markings also come with yellow and black hazard stripes. Unlike Worker Drones, Disassembly Drones have hair regardless of their gender. Their hair is silver while their eyes are neon yellow, akin to that of Cyn's, and they wear black short-sleeved clothes and a yellow armband on their left upper arm. | |||
{| class="wikitable" | |||
|Flight | |||
|Disassembly Drones possess a dangerous pair of large retractable wings with several long blades in the shape of feathers that allow for high-speed flight and can be used to cut and impale things. They don't need to move their wings to fly either; numerous times throughout the first episode, Disassembly Drones are seen floating with their wings unmoving. It is unknown how this works. | |||
|- | |||
|Nanite Acid | |||
|The end of a Disassembly Drone's tail has a syringe of yellow liquid containing highly corrosive nanite acid. This acid can only be neutralized by the saliva of Disassembly Drones. | |||
|- | |||
|Extreme Agility and Strength | |||
|Disassembly Drones are shown to be very strong, like how N effortlessly crushed a Worker Drone head and threw Uzi across a long distance. Also, his landing was powerful enough to crack the ground and knock Uzi off her feet. | |||
|- | |||
|Virus Implant | |||
|Disassembly Drones can implant a chip containing wdOS_606 onto another of their kind if they ever become "corrupted." | |||
|- | |||
|Healing Saliva | |||
|A Disassembly Drone's saliva can neutralize the corrosive Nanite Acid in case they accidentally sting themselves. This saliva works on Worker Drones as well. | |||
|- | |||
|Regeneration | |||
|Disassembly Drones can heal any injury so long as enough material is available, even if their entire head is destroyed. | |||
|- | |||
|Interchangeable Hands | |||
|Disassembly Drones can switch out their hands for various tools and weaponry such as: | |||
* Claws | |||
* Blades | |||
* Chainsaws | |||
* Submachine guns (Design similar to the HK MP5) | |||
* EMP generators | |||
* Missile launchers | |||
* Laser cannons | |||
* Virus chip planter (J only) | |||
* A circular saw, surgical scalpel, and a gloved human hand (Used by Beau during Dead End) | |||
* A flag that reads "LITERALLY SO INSANELY SUSPICIOUS" (V only) | |||
* Other miscellaneous attachments (V's bubble wand) | |||
* A screwdriver for likely repairing machinery (concept art) | |||
The limits of this ability are currently unknown. | |||
* During GlitchX, Liam Vickers stated that they can create whatever weapons and tools the plot needs. | |||
|- | |||
|EMP Resistance (to an extent) | |||
|Unlike Worker Drones, Disassembly Drones are insulated from the effects of EMPs to a limited extent, granting them immunity to their own EMP generators. A strong enough EMP can apparently overcome this effect, as evidenced by how N and V are still vulnerable to Alice's EMP generator. | |||

== Anti-Drone Sentinels == | |||
Anti-Drone Sentinels, simply referred to as Sentinels, are mechanical droids designed to hunt and terminate any rogue drones that crosses their path. Their role is to defend Military occupied territory and execute all the targets that enter the restricted zones, excluding military officers. | |||
=== Appearance === | |||
The Sentinels are robotic animals that resemble dromaeosaurids (raptors). The Utahraptor, for example, is a close match in both silhouette and size. They have three glowing eyes on each side of their heads and two smaller forward-facing ones in the middle. | |||
== Types == | |||
=== Normal === | |||
Sentinels, by default, have blue eyes and are programmed only to attack drones; they remain subservient to humans. They can emit a flash of light that causes a boot-loop in any drone to directly see it. A drone in a boot-loop is frozen and unresponsive, which allows a Sentinel to destroy them with ease. | |||
=== Red-eyed === | |||
The red-eyed Sentinel, named Sparky, was the Sentinel that bit Tessa's hand, causing it to short-circuit and be rendered offline before rebooting. It is also the Sentinel that V fought at the end of Dead End and the one she rode on in Absolute End. | |||
== Abilities == | |||
Even when outnumbered the Sentinels are ruthlessly efficient in terminating drones, as hinted by the countless Disassembly Drone corpses and parts scattered around the entrance of Cabin Fever Labs. Their greatest asset is their aforementioned ability to boot-loop any Drone they hit with their lights and render them immobile. | |||
Though their aggression was never intended to be directed towards humans, they may simply mistake a human for a drone. Once one spotted "Tessa," its first response was to try to boot-loop her and it became confused when she was unaffected. She reaches out to the mechanical predator in hopes of subduing it, and it decides to almost rip her arm off. | |||
In Absolute End, it's revealed that Sentinels can actually be tamed, with V not only surviving them but even forming an alliance with one, fighting J alongside it. | |||
{| class="wikitable" | |||
!Ability | |||
!Function | |||
|- | |||
|Claws | |||
|The Sentinels have sharp claws, much like real-life dromaeosaurids. They use them to pin their targets down. They're also used for digging and climbing. | |||
|- | |||
|Sharp Teeth | |||
|The Sentinels have an array of sharp metallic teeth lining their jaws. They're used to deliver the finishing blow to subdued victims. They're also used to intimidate targets. | |||
|- | |||
|Extreme Agility and Strength | |||
|The Sentinels are depicted as beastly creatures that can tear Drones apart easily. They're also very agile and nimble, as was shown when one of them quickly caught up to, attacked, and killed Beau. | |||
|- | |||
|Boot-Loop Light | |||
|The Sentinels have a blindingly bright light built into their forehead, which can emit a brief flash of light similar to a camera flash. Although harmless to humans, the light immediately boot-loops any drone, Worker or Disassembly, unfortunate enough to witness it, rendering them immobile. The only drone immune to the light is Cyn, this is seen when it tries to bootloop "Tessa". | |||

== Military droids == | |||
==== HAR ==== | |||
The HAR or Hover Assault Robot was the United States' first military droid. The design consists of a basketball sized sphere with a dragonscale reinforced body. On the bottom, is a rotating laser cannon turret that can swivel 360 degrees as well as aim the cannon itself up and down. The droid is fusion cell powered which never requires recharging and rarely replacement. The front of the droid contains similar systems as the ABDV1 such as a visual camera, laser scanner and visual communications projector. On the back is the propulsion system which uses anti-gravity. The HAR can reach speeds of 85 miles per hour. On the right and left sides are retractable mini rocket launchers that contain two rocket propelled grenades each, making a total of four miniature rockets. The HAR contains limited artificial intelligence. | |||
==== ABDV1 ==== | |||
ABDV1 stands for Advanced Battle Droid-Version 1, the US's second droid to be released. The ABDV1 is a moderate size but very powerful droid, and the structure is a rectangular object with wings and treads. The body and wings are made out of Titanium, though many U.S officials plan to replace it with artificial Iox, a substance from planets that can be made synthetically, to make the droid lighter as well as tougher. It is four feet wide with a dragonscale-kevlar reinforced body. Each wing holds five mini rocket propelled grenades, each with a launch distance of 300+ feet, as well as one laser cannon on each wing which are deadly to droids and humans alike. The ABDV1 can fly up to speeds of 60 miles per hour (the proposed Iox design raises it to 75 miles per hour) so it can be outrun by smaller and/or faster droids. The system runs off a fusion cell battery which almost never needs recharging or replacement. It flies via anti gravity systems, though it uses a Solar/Fusion power mix when driving. | |||
The ABDV1 droid is loaded with its objectives via satellite communications with American military satellites, but can be linked to other satellites. The droids are programmed with safeguards to prevent civilian death when in combat, like the older HADV2. | |||
* The droid cannot fire on any unarmed suspect(s) unless given orders. | |||
* The droid cannot use force on children, but can command them to move away. | |||
* The droid may only combat persons as descripted in its programming, with can be formatted quickly if needed. | |||
** For example, only attack suspects wearing a certain flag, symbol or uniform or similar. | |||
* The droid must issue a verbal warning before attacking unless under attack or given orders that state otherwise. | |||
* The droid can self destruct only to kill soldiers or enemy droids in urgent times. The droid cannot self destruct when near unarmed suspects or children. | |||
==== DCR ==== | |||
DCR stands for Droid Combat Robot, and is meant to combat enemy droids while being weaker against living soldiers. It can release small magnetic pulses which shuts down nearby droids which are effected by them. It looks like a small orb like object, with no wings and small wheels. On the top of the droid is a very hot missile launcher which easily shuts down other droids. It can travel up to speed of 110 miles per hour. The system runs off of Fusion powered batteries. | |||
===== MDCR ===== | |||
The MDCR, or Modified Droid Combat Robot is an in production droid, and the first droid ever being produced by the Allied States. These droids are expected to be modified in every aspect of the original DCR (Droid Combat Robot), including being more effective against human beings. Is is expected to look similar to the DCR, with an extra missile launcher. It will be able to travel up to 120 miles per hour. | |||

The Federal Republican Automated Machine Korps or the Tech Vanguard,(FRAMK or TK) is the new branch of the Federal Republican Armed Forces that fully specializes in Mechanized and Armoured service warfare and the use of military robots on land, sea, air, space, and the multiverse.
Taking from the lessons from the Russian-Ukrainian War, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces formally established the Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) on June 11, 2024. The Machine Korps were founded to specialize in the use of new Military Robots and new, incredibly advanced weaponry being deployed and field-tested throughout the Pvz World before being sent to battle.
Z-Tech is known for it's advanced technology by UN standards, including cybernetic bionics and advanced Artificial Intelligence. At its height, the organization comprised hundreds and thousands of members, and even had slight influence back on Earth. It is believed the organization had ties to Adeptus Mechanicus, Militaries robotics and drones and other tech corporations.
History
Origins
The idea of using unmanned forces date back to World War II and the Cold War in the form of the German Goliath tracked mines and the Soviet teletanks. The introduction of the MQ-1 Predator drone was when "CIA officers began to see the first practical returns on their decade-old fantasy of using aerial robots to collect intelligence".
On February 6, 2024, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued a decree instructing the Government of Ukraine and the General Staff to consider and work out the creation of the appropriate type of troops, after which the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine will consider the issue.
On February 10, 2024, it was announced that Colonel Vadym Sukharevsky had become deputy of recently appointed Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi and would be responsible for implementation of unmanned systems. Since the start of the fullscale Russian invasion, Sukharevsky was a commander of 59th Motorized Brigade.
Colonel Vadym Sukharevskyi – his focus is on unmanned systems and the development of utilization of drones by our soldiers, and Colonel Andriy Lebedenko – his focus is on innovation, specifically the technology component of the army and combat systems – have been appointed deputies of Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi. Clear practice with new technologies is needed. There are more than enough theories; everything must work in practice for the sake of Ukrainian goals and the maximum preservation of the lives of our soldiers.
On May 7, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine supported the draft Decree of the President of Ukraine, developed by the Ministry of Defense together with the General Staff, on creating a separate type of troop within the Armed Forces: the Unmanned Systems Forces.
On June 10, 2024, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence announced that Colonel Vadym Sukharevsky was appointed commander of the UAV Forces. On June 11, the force was formally established.
Lessons Learned
During the War, the use of machines in warfare has had a profound effect on military strategy and the use of robots were expanded and used massively by Gray Gravel during their conquests. Taking from the lessons from the Russian-Ukrainian War and the Garden War, Z-Tech had the Machine Korps created to specialize in the use of new Military Robots to combat this new form of lethal warfare, this was done by brilliant minds to fuel the industry, technology scavenged from their allies, war gains from gray gravel and their allies, capture of UAC, ARC, TMITHC, and wolfenstein equipment resulting in reverse engineering autonomous drones, Ubersoldats Panzerhund technology being commonplace. As the years progress, the Founders had developed highly advanced robotics, autonomous machines and semi-sentient AI for use in the war and to scout into new regions of the multiverse.
Advancements
Division
As far as the rest of the world knows, the FRAF fields seventeen combat legions in total; thirteen general legions, and four rapid response legions, the former designed for holding territories and protecting Federal territories, and the latter an active round-the-clock force ready to be deployed anywhere on the globe at a moment's notice. These forces total some one million combat units, and each one's strength depending on the location and importance of their respective regions, the exception by the rapid response legions which all share the same total number of combat drones.
The Automated Forces, while not requiring human combat soldier, employs nearly 1,500 trained tech-officers, who maintain command of the droid command centers for combat droids throughout the country and throughout the several branches of the military and government, who utilize them for varied purposes.
Equiptment
Lethal autonomous weapons (LAWs) are a type of autonomous military system that can independently search for and engage targets based on programmed constraints and descriptions. LAWs are also known as lethal autonomous weapon systems (LAWS), autonomous weapon systems (AWS), robotic weapons or killer robots. LAWs may operate in the air, on land, on water, underwater, or in space. The autonomy of current systems as of 2018 was restricted in the sense that a human gives the final command to attack—though there are exceptions with certain "defensive" systems
Military robots are autonomous robots or remote-controlled mobile robots designed for military applications, from transport to search & rescue and attack.

Guardians and Drones
Guardians are among the major technological advancements used by the FRMK as part of their comprehensive Military policy.
Guardians
Mechanics
Drones
GA Drone Types/Variants
GA-01 Army Drone
- Exterior: Chobham Armor
- Armaments: Shoulder-Mounted M242 Bushmaster, Milkor M32 40mm Grenade Launcher
- Firepower: Excellent
- Exterior: Chobham Armor
- Armaments: FIM-92 Stinger Missiles
- Firepower: Moderate
GA-03 Air Drone
- Exterior: Stealth Plated Chobham Armor
- Armaments: Vortex Ring Gun, Air-To-Air Missiles, Rotary Wrist Blasters, and Flight Stabilizers
- Firepower: Excellent
GA-04 Marine Drone
- Exterior: Sealed Chobham Armor; Camoflaged
- Armaments: Electromagnetic Pulse, M320 Grenade Launcher, Electric Saw Blades
- Firepower: Moderate
Pravus ED-3 Oppressor

APU (MK.ll model)
The Armored Personnel Unit (APU) is a hydraulic mechanized walker designed for combat. More than 120,000 units were produced but, only 50,000 are active presently.
APU operators are required to pass a training program, after which, it still requires an immense amount of skill to operate successfully in combat.
Functionality
Autonomous robots
Worker Drones and Disassembly Drones, colloquially known as Murder Drones, are autonomous robots created by their parent company, JCJenson, to help mine exoplanets for resources, untill the death of humanity in the Murder drones universe and the defeat of the solver virus. During the Garden War, Both worker and murder drones joined Z-Tech and they started a society of their own being seen and treated as equal to humans and other races within the UFN.
Worker Drones
Worker Drones are used to mine resources, industrial manufacturing, and responsible for handling the protection of the UFN personnel. The WDs are favored by many in the UFN, especially civilians due to efficiency in their work.
Appearance
Visor messages
Drones have two bright eyes on their visor that emotes. Under some circumstances, their eyes can be overridden by an error, status warning, or system message:
- Absolute Solver symbol replacing one eye or covering entire visor: Caused by the Absolute Solver awakening within the drone or being utilized. The Solver's glyph covering the entire drone's visor is caused when they fully initiate their Solver Form.
- System messages briefly covering visor: Caused by minor errors experienced by the drone. An example is Uzi's 'EDGE LEVELS CRITICALLY LOW' error.
- Rampant error messages covering visor: Caused by injecting wdOS_606, a core termination program, into the drone.
- Warning sign: This is caused by severe damage to the drone's visor like being pierced by a sharp object. It is also found on numerous deceased drones. Uzi also suffers this after being hit by J's EMP.
- HIGH TEMP: Accompanied by a warning sign. Self-explanatory, usually appears on Absolute Solver hosts.
- FATAL ERROR: This occurs when a drone dies, usually by external causes like severe hardware damage.
- X shape replacing both eyes: Used to signify that a drone has died.
- Elongated 'X' on visor: Either caused when a faulty OS string is present or when an Absolute Solver host becomes violent and/or starts to transform into their Solver Form.
- Flashing ERROR 606 message: Accompanied by an elongated 'X'. This is caused by the removal of one or more core OS strings. Drones with this error are non-sentient, unresponsive, and immobile.
- Buffering symbol: Caused by being boot-looped by Sentinels. Like ERROR 606, drones with this error are non-sentient, unresponsive, and immobile.
- Text: Can be generated at will to communicate without speaking. It is also used to display when a drone is in SLEEP MODE, as well as emoticons.
- Games: Games like tetris can be played in one's screen.
- Swirl shape replacing both eyes: This occurs when a drone feels dizzy.
- Images: Drones can also display images on their visor, as seen with Cyn.
- Nothing: If a drone's visor displays nothing, not even their eyes, it usually means that the said drone is dead.
Disassembly Drones
Murder Drones are used in autonomous combat when a battle become difficult to fight, as they all have unique Abilities which made them perfect to unlease.
Appearance
Flight | Disassembly Drones possess a dangerous pair of large retractable wings with several long blades in the shape of feathers that allow for high-speed flight and can be used to cut and impale things. They don't need to move their wings to fly either; numerous times throughout the first episode, Disassembly Drones are seen floating with their wings unmoving. It is unknown how this works. |
Nanite Acid | The end of a Disassembly Drone's tail has a syringe of yellow liquid containing highly corrosive nanite acid. This acid can only be neutralized by the saliva of Disassembly Drones. |
Extreme Agility and Strength | Disassembly Drones are shown to be very strong, like how N effortlessly crushed a Worker Drone head and threw Uzi across a long distance. Also, his landing was powerful enough to crack the ground and knock Uzi off her feet. |
Virus Implant | Disassembly Drones can implant a chip containing wdOS_606 onto another of their kind if they ever become "corrupted." |
Healing Saliva | A Disassembly Drone's saliva can neutralize the corrosive Nanite Acid in case they accidentally sting themselves. This saliva works on Worker Drones as well. |
Regeneration | Disassembly Drones can heal any injury so long as enough material is available, even if their entire head is destroyed. |
Interchangeable Hands | Disassembly Drones can switch out their hands for various tools and weaponry such as:
The limits of this ability are currently unknown.
|
EMP Resistance (to an extent) | Unlike Worker Drones, Disassembly Drones are insulated from the effects of EMPs to a limited extent, granting them immunity to their own EMP generators. A strong enough EMP can apparently overcome this effect, as evidenced by how N and V are still vulnerable to Alice's EMP generator. |
Anti-Drone Sentinels
Anti-Drone Sentinels, simply referred to as Sentinels, are mechanical droids designed to hunt and terminate any rogue drones that crosses their path. Their role is to defend Military occupied territory and execute all the targets that enter the restricted zones, excluding military officers.
Appearance
The Sentinels are robotic animals that resemble dromaeosaurids (raptors). The Utahraptor, for example, is a close match in both silhouette and size. They have three glowing eyes on each side of their heads and two smaller forward-facing ones in the middle.
Types
Normal
Sentinels, by default, have blue eyes and are programmed only to attack drones; they remain subservient to humans. They can emit a flash of light that causes a boot-loop in any drone to directly see it. A drone in a boot-loop is frozen and unresponsive, which allows a Sentinel to destroy them with ease.
Red-eyed
The red-eyed Sentinel, named Sparky, was the Sentinel that bit Tessa's hand, causing it to short-circuit and be rendered offline before rebooting. It is also the Sentinel that V fought at the end of Dead End and the one she rode on in Absolute End.
Abilities
Ability | Function |
---|---|
Claws | The Sentinels have sharp claws, much like real-life dromaeosaurids. They use them to pin their targets down. They're also used for digging and climbing. |
Sharp Teeth | The Sentinels have an array of sharp metallic teeth lining their jaws. They're used to deliver the finishing blow to subdued victims. They're also used to intimidate targets. |
Extreme Agility and Strength | The Sentinels are depicted as beastly creatures that can tear Drones apart easily. They're also very agile and nimble, as was shown when one of them quickly caught up to, attacked, and killed Beau. |
Boot-Loop Light | The Sentinels have a blindingly bright light built into their forehead, which can emit a brief flash of light similar to a camera flash. Although harmless to humans, the light immediately boot-loops any drone, Worker or Disassembly, unfortunate enough to witness it, rendering them immobile. The only drone immune to the light is Cyn, this is seen when it tries to bootloop "Tessa". |
Military droids
HAR
ABDV1
- The droid cannot fire on any unarmed suspect(s) unless given orders.
- The droid cannot use force on children, but can command them to move away.
- The droid may only combat persons as descripted in its programming, with can be formatted quickly if needed.
- For example, only attack suspects wearing a certain flag, symbol or uniform or similar.
- The droid must issue a verbal warning before attacking unless under attack or given orders that state otherwise.
- The droid can self destruct only to kill soldiers or enemy droids in urgent times. The droid cannot self destruct when near unarmed suspects or children.
DCR
DCR stands for Droid Combat Robot, and is meant to combat enemy droids while being weaker against living soldiers. It can release small magnetic pulses which shuts down nearby droids which are effected by them. It looks like a small orb like object, with no wings and small wheels. On the top of the droid is a very hot missile launcher which easily shuts down other droids. It can travel up to speed of 110 miles per hour. The system runs off of Fusion powered batteries.
MDCR
The MDCR, or Modified Droid Combat Robot is an in production droid, and the first droid ever being produced by the Allied States. These droids are expected to be modified in every aspect of the original DCR (Droid Combat Robot), including being more effective against human beings. Is is expected to look similar to the DCR, with an extra missile launcher. It will be able to travel up to 120 miles per hour.
