Dinakla (Tagdamun: Dinakla, Cienugueza: Denacrá or Dinacrá, Tsinsat: TBD市), officially known as the City of Dinakla, is a city in central Vela, serving as the capital and largest city of the state. As of 3390, Dinakla has a population of 6.683 million inhabitants. Dinakla is part of the Central Vela Metropolitan Area alongside the cities of Hakiti, Happaytam, Manlayag, Mendez, and Iguptub.
The modern-day city of Dinakla occupies the area of present-day Subadi state. The area is situated around a plateau along with Hakiti, and is located higher than other cities in Vela, with an elevation exceeding 1,000 meters (3,200 feet). This makes Dinakla, despite being located near the Tropic of Cancer, experience a relatively cooler climate than the rest of the southern Qenuga region.
Dinakla's economy is mostly industrial and services-focused, with Dinakla owning around 10% of Qenuga's total cement production. The cement produced in the city is traditionally considered to be of "most favorable quality" due to its refined specialization in the engineering sector. In addition to cement, the city is also a primary source of other road-building materials.
Dinakla, along with other cities in Vela, is most known for its sports and gaming scene. The national TBD tournament, dubbed as the "Chungganese Pokemon", is held annually at the TBD Stadium of this city and draws hundreds of thousands of spectators and amateur players. The premier trading and playing card company, TBD, is also headquartered here, cementing Dinakla's position as the "City of Playing Cards".
