Salvací (Tagdamun: Salvací, Cienugueza: San Carloz, Tsinsat: TBD市), officially known as the City of Salvací, is a settlement in northeastern Qenuga that serves as the capital and largest city of the state of Luacon. It boasts a population of about 7.158 million as of 3390. It is the sixth-largest nationwide and the most populous entirely north of Makat. Salvací is surrounded by Lakduntangkad to the north, the state of Lembarive to the south, and Dakuggadam city to the west.

The city was named after San Carloz Salvací (Saint Carlos of the Salvation), a native Chungganese saint canonized in the late 16th century. The saint is also the namesake of the San Carloz University system, whose first and flagship school is located at the central old town of Salvací. The city is also known as the "City of Daydreams" due to its calmly windy and cold climate whose environment made it conducive for people to ponder around and daydream. Salvací is, in fact, the main setting of a famous 21st-century novel entitled "Hilay" (Daydream).
