The 2019 Pan American Judo Championships were held in Las Vegas, Clark, Kingdom of Sierra, from 25 to 28 April 2019. A total of 212 judoka from 26 nations competed in the event. It was organized by the Pan American Judo Federation, and is recognized by the International Judo Federation as a level 4 continental tournament in world and Olympic rankings.

The tournament served as part of the qualifier for the 2020 Summer Olympics.
