The 2020 Pan American Taekwondo Championships were held in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, from 14 to 17 January 2020. A total of 295 taekwondo practitioners from 34 nations competed in the event, organized by the Pan American Taekwondo Union and recognized as a level 4 continental tournament by World Taekwondo and the International Olympic Committee.

The tournament served as part of the qualifier for the 2020 Summer Olympics.
