The Isle of Balfiera (or simply Balfiera) is an island in the Iliac Bay. It is home to the Adamantine Tower, the "first spike of unassailable reality" in creation.[1]
History
Linear history can be said to have begun at Balfiera. In prevailing Tamrielic lore, the isle was the site of Convention, a meeting of the gods which set in place the laws of reality over all creation. The Adamantine Tower on Balfiera is believed to be the meeting-place where Convention occurred, and scholars date its construction to ME 2500 at the latest.[2][3]
